Where can I buy my FitTrip bike?

You can purchase a FitTrip bike from your nearest authorized FitTrip reseller or online through our official website or by calling us on 9899983388.

How do I assemble the bike?

On purchasing a FitTrip bike online, you receive the bike in 90% pre-assembled condition in a box. You have to fit the handlebar, pedals to get the bike in riding condition, you are provided with the toolkit necessary to fit the bike at your home or you can take the help of a technician to do the job for you.

How do I claim the warranty of my FitTrip bike?

For the bike purchased through an authorized reseller you need to approach the same dealership and for the bike purchased online you can contact on our official contact number for assistance.

What payment types are accepted?

Payment can be done via Netbanking/UPI/Debit/Credit Card.

Can I change my delivery address once my order is placed?

Once the order has been placed we are unable to change your shipping details but we shall assist you to cancel and replace the order.

What is the warranty on my bike?

All FitTrip bikes come with a 3/5 year warranty for the frame and 6 month warranty on the parts to cover for any manufacturing defect.
