REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

We at FitTrip Bikes are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products. To ensure that the PERFECT BIKE is delivered to every rider, we inspect our bikes with 28 International Industry Standards Quality Checks. If you have received a cycle with a manufacturing defect, we offer a 7-day replacement or exchange policy. Please carefully read the following return policy guidelines:

Manufacturing Defects

Manufacturing defects include faults or flaws that affect the performance, safety, or functionality of the cycle due to errors in the manufacturing process. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or modifications made by the customer are not considered manufacturing defects.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the cycle. Provide them with the necessary details, including your order number, a clear description of the defect, and any supporting evidence such as photos or videos. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process.

Return Shipping

For eligible returns or exchanges due to manufacturing defects, we will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with the necessary instructions, shipping labels, or arrange for a pickup service, depending on your location.

Inspection and Evaluation

Once the returned cycle is received, our technical team will thoroughly inspect and evaluate the reported defect. If the defect is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, we will proceed with the replacement or exchange.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. Kindly note that the processing time for refunds may vary depending on your financial institution.

Customer Responsibilities

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the cycle is appropriately packed for return shipping to avoid any further damage during transit. Any additional accessories or items originally included with the cycle should also be returned. Please note that this return policy is specific to manufacturing defects only. For any other inquiries or concerns regarding your purchase, warranty, or after-sales support, we encourage you to reach out to our customer support team, who will be happy to assist you.

Fading & Rust perforation, stains, scratches of parts, paint, stickers, or other accessories due to direct exposure of sunlight or moisture or rain water or pack of negligence to keep the care of the product will not be considered under claim of warranty.

This warranty is void if the bike is subjected to abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, an accident or other abnormal, excessive or improper use.

In case of ED Black Stanchions of a Suspension, they're bound to fade on use and hence aren't covered under warranty
